How does kindr Health's GLP-1 program work?

You begin with a health intake completed online — approximately 10 minutes. A licensed provider employed by or contracted with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC reviews your intake and determines whether GLP-1 therapy is clinically appropriate for your situation. If approved, your prescription is sent to VialsRX, our compounding pharmacy partner, and shipped directly to your address. Ongoing provider check-ins are included to monitor your progress.

What GLP-1 medications are available?

kindr Health offers compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, prepared by VialsRX under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. These are compounded medications — not FDA-approved drugs and not equivalent to commercially manufactured brand-name products. Your provider determines which medication and dosage is appropriate for your situation.

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. A licensed provider evaluates your health history and determines whether GLP-1 therapy is clinically appropriate. Not all patients will qualify. If you are not approved for treatment you will receive a clear explanation from your provider.

Who can qualify for GLP-1 therapy?

Accepted Answer

GLP-1 therapy may be considered for adults with a BMI of 30 or greater, or a BMI of 27 or greater with at least one weight-related health condition such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. Eligibility is determined solely by the reviewing provider based on your complete health history.

What is NAD+ therapy?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) therapy is available for wellness purposes following provider consultation. It involves administration of a compounded NAD+ formulation prepared by VialsRX. NAD+ therapy is not FDA-approved for any specific indication. A provider evaluation is required before any NAD+ treatment is initiated.

What is informed consent?

Before any prescription is issued, you are required to review and sign an informed consent document prepared by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. This document explains the proposed treatment, known risks and side effects, available alternatives, and the nature of compounded medications. Your provider will not prescribe until consent is completed.

How do I message my provider?

You can message your provider through your kindr Health patient account. Your provider responds within 24 business hours. For urgent medical matters please contact emergency services or your local urgent care.

Question 8

Can I pause or stop my treatment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contact support@kindr.health to pause your subscription. Stopping GLP-1 therapy should be discussed with your provider as weight may return after discontinuation. Your provider can advise on the appropriate approach for your situation.

Question 9

How long until I see results?

Accepted Answer

Individual results vary. Most patients experience some changes within the first 4-8 weeks of consistent treatment. Your provider will monitor your progress at regular check-ins and may adjust your protocol as needed.

Are compounded medications the same as Ozempic or Wegovy?

Accepted Answer

No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not the same as FDA-approved commercial products such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. They are compounded by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. Compounded medications have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.
