1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the kindr Health platform at home.kindr.health, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Description of Services

kindr Health is a telehealth facilitation platform. We connect patients with licensed independent providers for medical evaluation and treatment. We do not provide medical services directly and do not employ providers.

3. Not Emergency Services

kindr Health is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this platform for emergency medical situations.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use kindr Health services. You must be a legal resident of a US state where services are available. You must provide accurate and complete health information during your intake. Providing false information may result in termination of services.

5. Prescription and Treatment

A prescription is not guaranteed. Prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed providers. kindr Health does not influence prescribing decisions. Clinical determinations are the responsibility of the treating provider.

6. Compounded Medications

Compounded medications available through kindr Health are prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are not equivalent to commercially manufactured brand-name medications.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment is due at the time services are initiated. kindr Health operates on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees disclosed at checkout. Prices may change with notice.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please review our Refund Policy at home.kindr.health/refund. Medications already compounded and shipped cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Privacy and HIPAA

We are committed to protecting your health information in accordance with HIPAA. Please review our Privacy Policy at home.kindr.health/privacy and our HIPAA Privacy Notice at home.kindr.health/hipaa.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kindr Health and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or the clinical services provided through it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
