kindr Health (home.kindr.health) is a telehealth facilitation platform. Clinical services are provided by licensed independent providers. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to kindr Health.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide during registration and intake, health history and symptom information you provide to providers, payment information (processed by secure third-party payment processors), and technical information such as IP address and browser type.

3. How We Use Your Information

To connect you with licensed providers, to process payments for services, to fulfill prescription and shipping requirements, to communicate with you about your treatment, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Sharing of Information

We share your health information with our clinical provider for consultation and prescribing, and with our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy for medication fulfillment. We do not sell your personal health information to third parties. We do not share your information for marketing purposes without your consent.

5. HIPAA Compliance

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption for data at rest.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
