Our mission
kindr Health was founded with a straightforward mission: to connect patients with qualified physicians for evidence-based weight management care, accessible from home and available in 45 US states.
We believe that access to supervised medical care should not be limited by geography or the availability of local specialists. Through our telehealth platform, patients can complete a medical intake, consult with a licensed physician, and receive clinically appropriate treatment — all without leaving home.
kindr Health is a facilitation platform. We do not employ physicians and we do not make clinical decisions. All prescribing is performed exclusively by licensed independent physicians. All medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Our role is to coordinate access to these services efficiently and in full compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
How we operate
Physician-led care
Every patient is evaluated by a licensed physician before any treatment is initiated. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. No prescription is ever guaranteed.
Licensed pharmacy
Compounded medications are prepared exclusively by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. We do not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications.
Compliance first
Our platform operates in full accordance with HIPAA, applicable state telehealth laws, and federal regulations governing compounded medications and prescription drug distribution.

All clinical services provided through kindr Health are performed by physicians employed by or contracted with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. Arora Health physicians are licensed in the states in which they practice.

Compounded medications are prepared by F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. All medications are prepared in accordance with applicable federal and state pharmaceutical standards.

Regulatory compliance
kindr Health operates in accordance with:
- The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act governing compounding pharmacies
- Applicable state telehealth laws in all states where services are offered
- State pharmacy licensing requirements
Compounded medications available through kindr Health are not FDA-approved drugs. They are prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and are not equivalent to commercially manufactured medications.
