Refund Policy
Effective date: May 27, 2026
kindr Health processes refunds in accordance with the following policy:
Physician Consultation Fee
If you complete the intake process and a physician determines you are not eligible for treatment, the consultation fee will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
If you are approved for treatment but choose not to proceed, a refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of approval before medication is compounded.
Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Medications
Compounded medications that have been prepared and shipped cannot be returned or refunded. This policy exists due to federal and state regulations governing the return of prescription medications.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@kindr.health within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the packaging and medication.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
