What is kindr Health?

kindr Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians for GLP-1 weight management care and NAD+ wellness treatments. Clinical services are provided by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. Compounded medications are prepared by F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy.

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. A licensed physician reviews your health intake and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate for your situation. Not all patients will qualify. Prescription is at the sole discretion of the treating physician.

Who are the physicians?

All clinical services are provided by physicians employed by or contracted with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, located at 300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121. Physicians are licensed in the states where they practice. Medical compliance inquiries may be directed to medicalcompliance@arorahealthgroup.com.

Is informed consent required?

Yes. Before any prescription is issued, patients are required to review and sign an informed consent document prepared by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. This document explains the nature of the proposed treatment, known risks and side effects, available alternatives, and the fact that compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your physician will not prescribe until informed consent is completed.

Where is my medication compounded?

Compounded medications are prepared by F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, located at 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014. Phone: (877) 858-3784. This pharmacy is licensed under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Are compounded GLP-1 medications the same as brand-name GLP-1 drugs?

No. Compounded medications prepared by 503A pharmacies are not FDA-approved drugs and are not the same as commercially manufactured brand-name medications. Compounded medications are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. They are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients.

Which states do you serve?

Telehealth services are available in all 50 US states. However, compounded medications cannot be dispensed to patients in California, Nevada, New Jersey, Alabama, or Arkansas due to state pharmacy licensing restrictions.

Is my health information secure?

Yes. kindr Health complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your protected health information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell patient health information to third parties. Please see our HIPAA Privacy Notice for full details.

What is GLP-1 therapy?

GLP-1 receptor agonists are a class of medications that affect appetite regulation and glucose metabolism. They are used in the management of weight-related health conditions when supervised by a licensed physician. A physician evaluation is required to determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for your situation.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells that plays a role in cellular energy metabolism. NAD+ therapy involves physician consultation followed by administration of a compounded NAD+ formulation. It is not FDA-approved for any specific indication.

What is your refund policy?

Please review our full Refund Policy at home.kindr.health/refund. Compounded medications that have been shipped cannot be returned due to safety regulations.

How are medications shipped?

Medications are shipped by F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy directly to your address. Shipping timelines depend on your location and the pharmacy's fulfillment schedule.

Do you accept insurance?

kindr Health is a cash-pay service. We do not bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA funds may be used for eligible medical expenses. Consult your plan administrator to confirm.

Can I use kindr Health if I am already taking other medications?

Your physician will review all current medications during your intake evaluation. Certain medications may be contraindications for GLP-1 or NAD+ therapy. The physician's evaluation will determine eligibility.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@kindr.health. Cancellation stops future charges. Medications already dispensed cannot be returned.

Who makes the prescribing decisions?

All prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed independent physicians employed by or contracted with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. kindr Health does not make clinical determinations, does not employ physicians, and does not influence prescribing decisions in any way. Physicians licensed in your state review your full intake before any prescription is issued. Treatment is never approved by an algorithm or automated system.
