Complete Your Intake

Complete an online health intake form. This includes your medical history, current medications, weight history, and treatment goals. This information is reviewed by a licensed provider.

Provider Review

A licensed provider reviews your intake and determines whether you are a candidate for treatment based on clinical criteria. Not all patients will be approved. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Informed Consent

If the provider determines you are eligible for treatment, you will be required to review and sign an informed consent document before any prescription is issued. A prescription will not be issued until informed consent is completed.

Consent and Payment

Payment is collected after informed consent is completed. kindr Health operates on a subscription basis.

Prescription and Fulfillment

Your prescription is sent to our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Your medication is prepared and shipped directly to your address.

Ongoing Monitoring

Your provider will conduct follow-up check-ins to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment as needed. Ongoing provider oversight is a requirement of continued treatment.

Provider Oversight

All prescribing is performed by providers licensed in your state. kindr Health does not allow self-prescribing or prescription without provider evaluation.

Services are available in 50 US states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements.
